WEEKEND EVENTS

*Please Note-All vehicles that enter the park will be required to purchase an entry permit per vehicle unless you are just being dropped off. Passes Range from 2025 pricing 11$/day, 42$/week, 82$/season.  Sask. residents 65+ may receive a free entry pass for their vehicle with valid Saskatchewan ID. 

These maps are available at the park gate please ask for a copy as the park is quite large!

The Pink and Yellow highlighted areas are the important places to note 

The Park Administration Office and visitor center is the building where the ceremony will be held @ 2PM limited parking for guests who need will be available. If you are able to make the walk from main parking please do so. 

The Recreation hall is where the rest of our night will continue doors will be open for cocktail hour at 3:30

Aspen Meadows is our group campsite where the bride and groom and all their campy people will be staying 

The Yellow highlighted area is where main guest parking will be. 

WELCOME CAMPFIRE

Thursday JULY 24th FROM 7:30 - 9:00 PM

Group Campsite Aspen Meadow

We will be having a bring your own chairs bevvy of choice and snack get together for those who are around Thursday evening. As that's when we take over the space at the Aspen meadows group site so come on down for a big Ol' fire some wieners and marshmallows and some laughs!!!

THE WEDDING(!)

Saturday JULY 26th 2PM

Kenosee Lake Chalet Lawn

Join us as we say our I do's 

We are having the ceremony on the chalet lawn.

Nothing crazy just the bride, groom, and the scenery.  

Please enter the chalet lawn from the east side (left) of the building and not through the gazebo.  Look for the white sign.

*Parking: It has been asked that guests park in the main lot by the store if you are able to make the approx. 5 min walk to the chalet ok. (The pathway will be marked) otherwise there is very limited available parking there. Please be respectful as some will require this space. Thank you!

RECEPTION

Saturday JULY 26

Reception hall near main parking lot

Cocktail hour 3:30-4:30 PM

We will be doing a cost recovery cash bar.  Tickets will be $3 each or 7 for $20.

No outside drugs or alcohol will be permitted.

Dinner Buffet Catered 5-6PM

Dinner Will be a buffet of Brisket and pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, roasted vegetables, Mexican corn salad, coleslaw, buns and cornbread.  Please look for gluten free tags on the macaroni.  Thanks to our amazing caterer.  Hillside Smoke N' Que

PARTY 6-11:45PM

Our reception will be a karaoke dance party as that is one of our very favorite things to do. 

We don't have any specific speeches planned but if anyone would like to say a few short and sweets just add your name to the karaoke list through our QR code that will be posted around the hall and write speaking instead of a song title. 

We are all about enjoying the evening and making the most out of our time together with our friends and family so come prepared to dance and sing the night away!!!

*We will have a late night snack of the classic,  meat, buns, and cheese etc.. for those that need some sustenance to keep going all through the night lol

AFTER THE PARTY IS THE AFTER PARTY

SUNDAY JULY 27 FROM 12 AM - 2AM

Group Campsite Aspen Meadow

Let's keep this party going just no WONCS (Written Orders of Non-Compliance) from the conservation officers as it will come back on our names as the holder of the campsite! and stays on our file. So be respectful that although we have our own space there are still people that hold permanent residence and other campers in the park and that we must adhere to the rules and regulations. Thank You for your cooperation as Bill and I Enjoy the rest of our evening sleeping peacefully and happily married in our home away from home ;)
